The title “Den Forladte Skole,” which translates to “The Abandoned School,” perfectly reflects the central theme of the film. The story revolves around Bavnehøj School, capturing its eerie atmosphere and the sense of mystery that comes with an abandoned place. This short film was produced in an incredibly tight timeframe—just four days—specifically for the annual school party, which has become a tradition for more of my film projects. Despite the hurried schedule, I am proud of the result, as I believe the final product successfully delivers both quality and an engaging narrative. The quick production process also added an element of excitement and creativity, proving that even under pressure, a compelling film can emerge.
